Spanish inspired potatoes, great as a side dish or part of a tapa's meal.
3 good sized potatoes
Heaped tbsp of Sweet Smoked Pimenton
Olive oil
Seasoning

Pre-heat the oven to 180c

Dice the potatoes and add to a large bowl

Drizzle with olive oil to coat

Shake over the pimento whilst stirring (a small sieve is good)

Season well

Bake in the oven for 30-40 mins turning half way
