Savoury seeds can cost a small fortune in the shops, so make your own, you'll never buy shop bought again.
Heat the oven to 160c
Mix your seeds together
Mix the olive oil and soya together and then drizzle over the seeds whilst stirring them through at the same time
Stir through the crushed seaweed
Season with black pepper, no need for salt as the soya and seaweed will be salty enough
Roast for approx. 10-15 mins, stirring them a couple of times until they have turned golden and crispy
Allow to cool and store in an airtight jar
