A meal for two in less than ten minutes using nothing but store cupboard and freezer ingredients

2 Packets of noodles, we used Nongshim - Shin Ramyun Noodles
Small handful of frozen peas
Small handful of frozen sweetcorn
2 handfuls of baby spinach
100g of marinated tofu chopped into cubes
4 spring onions, white parts and green parts chopped seperatly
Kimchi to serve
Crispy fried onions to serve
Fish sauce to serve
Sesame seeds to serve
Extra chopped chillies to serve

Place the dried noodles and other ingredients from the packet into a large pan (make note of instrcutions)

Add the peas, corn, tofu, spinach and the whites of the spring onions

Add water and cook according to the noodle instructions

When the time is up, bowl up your noodles and top with the extra's of your choice and serve
